Gentle Care is a States of Jersey Approved Care Provider.

We implement and follow all necessary recruitment and induction procedures, ensuring the quality standards required by the Approved Provider Framework Agreement are met.

All of our staff are DBS checked and have completed all mandatory training. We provide an induction programme to all staff to ensure all the requirements and laws are highlighted and adhered to.

Gentle Care ensures the standards of our practice are maintained by our Policies, Procedures and Code of Conduct being the foundation of all our care work.
