In delivering our support, we value providing a professional, flexible and nuturing service that is designed to meet all individual care needs.

 

 

What we can provide

After completing a full assessment
of care needs, a personalised care
package could include any of the following:
 
  • Personal care and hygene
        (dressing and bathing etc)
  • Light/general domestic help
  • Assistace with shopping
  • Support with managing
        household
  • Support with managing correspondence 
  • Transportation/outings
  • Travel companion
  • Companionship/sitting service
  • Help with mobility

From short visits,

(a minimum of 3 hours),

to overnight stays,

(both sleeping and waking),

we offer the complete package of care and support that is tailored specifically for your individual care needs.

In order to provide this comprehensive package of care,

we liase with a wide range of

external agencies and professionals.

These include (but are not limited to):

GPs & Social Workers

Occupational Therapists

Family Nursing and Home Care

Jersey Hospice

Hairdressers/Masseuses etc
